The Committee on Small Business Subcommittee on Health and Technology held a hearing titled, “The Effects of the Health Law’s Definitions of Full-Time Employee on Small Businesses.”

The purpose of the hearing was to examine the potential effects of the health care law’s definition of 30 hours a week as full-time employment and what this means for employment at small businesses.
