Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council

With Washington and the traditional press corps obsessed with deficits, budget cuts and the national debt; investing in communities, and promoting government spending to increase jobs and economic growth are completely ignored. The event was sponsored by the Delaware Community Reinvestment Action Council.
