Hye Jin Rho is a senior research fellow at CEPR and is an assistant professor at the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations, Michigan State University. Her research focuses on the changing nature of work, employment, and labor market institutions and their impact on inequality and employment outcomes. Hye Jin Rho holds a PhD in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management with the Institute for Work and Employment Research and a BA in political science and international studies from Northwestern University.
