Ravi is a senior research fellow at CEPR and is currently a resident in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. At CEPR he has worked on projects examining the economic outcomes of off-label promotion by the pharmaceutical industry and alternatives to patent-funded drug research and their economic benefits. His other research interests include tissue engineering, health policy, and international affairs. Ravi holds an MD from the Wake Forest University’s School of Medicine and a BS in biomedical engineering from the University of Virginia.
