Christopher Hendrix
Domestic Program Intern

Christopher Hendrix is a 2023 graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills, with Bachelor Degrees in Political Science and Psychology, with a minor in Public Administration. Throughout his college career, he has been a leading student advocate on his college campus, both academically and socially. He served as Vice President of Finance for student government, emphasizing transparency and budget sustainability during his tenure. He also participated in various academic programs as a fellow, namely a Dymally Fellow, College Corps Fellow, and UCLA Anderson Forecast Fellow. Through the Anderson Forecast, he has been conducting research on gentrification and the analysis of variables that cause communities to gentrify. He has extensive experience in international education, traveling to various regions of the world and engaging in both cultural and academic excursions, aimed at making him an informed global citizen. His interests include the connection of political economy with higher education, applied economic policy to social programs, and international education.  He enjoys reading, traveling, and engaging with mental health advocacy in his free time.
