At an IPS event moderated by Foreign Policy in Focus Director Emira Woods, human and labor rights lawyer Dan Kovalik and CEPR’s Alexander Main shared their experiences monitoring the 2013 Venezeulan elections and provided the audience with their organizations’ findings and suggestions that were made to the National Electoral Council after the election.
