CEPR’s Dean Baker will be one of the panelists considering whether or not the right to employment should be seen as the critical foundation of economic democracy and the government has a special obligation to provide employment opportunities for all.

The panel will be moderated by Christina Bellatoni of Roll Call, and other participants include Larry Mishel of EPI, Thea Lee of the AFL-CIO, John Cavanagh of the Institute for Policy Studies, and Phil Harvey of Rutgers University.
