This issue forum, part of the 43rd Annual Congressional Black Caucus Legislative Conference, focused on important ongoing issues in Haiti, including the lack of permanent, safe, and affordable housing, progress combating the cholera epidemic, the status of reconstruction efforts, and efforts to improve Haiti’s judicial and criminal justice system.
This panel featured CEPR Research Associate Jake Johnston as well as other experts from non-governmental organizations, the advocacy community, the U.S. government, and the Government of Haiti.
