Daniel thrives on distilling intricate data into compelling narratives that drive engagement, inspire action, and enable change. He studied political science and history of public policy at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is deeply interested in issues at the nexus of US foreign policy, global economic governance, and democratic resilience. Prior to joining CEPR, Daniel served in a variety of research and stakeholder engagement positions where he spearheaded academic research, government initiatives, private sector innovations, and nonprofit advocacy. Daniel also founded and operates “Contemplative Media,” a movement dedicated to leveraging social media to foster scholarly interest and provide objective, unbiased education in the social sciences and humanities.
