Dilan Churchill
International Program Intern

Dilan (he/him) is a rising senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he is pursuing a dual degree in economics and political science. His past research has focused on the political economy of global south development, particularly within West Africa and the Caribbean. He has also worked as a research assistant in the UMass Department of Resource Economics studying EPA regulatory efficacy as well as at the Political Economy Research Institute (PERI) focusing on modern American bank regulation. As a legislative intern in the U.S. Senate, Dilan looked at international and domestic economic policy through the American political lens. His political work is complimented by campaign experience and employment as an Election Clerk in his hometown. When he’s not working, you can find Dilan giving campus tours or playing flute in the UMass Minuteman Marching Band!
