Julius Duran
International Program Intern

Julius Duran is a Salvadorean economist. He holds an MSc. in Economic Theory and Policy from the Levy Economics Institute, a master’s degree in public policy from the Universidad de Chile, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCA. He labored as a poverty specialist in the Government of Chile for six years. Also, Julius worked on promoting strategies to address poverty in Latin American countries. He is interested in financial development, economic development theory and policy, and income distribution.
