Lola Allen is a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for Economic and Policy Research. She works on the political economy of climate change and development policy. She helps coordinate a network of global parliamentarians working to win Green New Deals and their global equivalents. Lola works at the interface between global financial reform, trade reform and global decarbonization strategies. She worked as an advisor to the Ecuadorian government between 2009 and 2015 on issues including development planning, natural resource management, access to medicines, science and technology policy, and South-South cooperation.
