Co-Director, Dean Baker, spoke to the Baltimore Sun in an extensive interview about where he thinks the housing market is headed. Dean, one of the first economists to write about the existence of the housing bubble in August 2002, warned that house prices are still falling rapidly and that housing wealth could decline by as much as forty percent before the worst is over. More of Dean’s work on the housing crisis can be found here.
