Ben Zipperer is an Economist at the Economic Policy Institute and a noted expert on the minimum wage and low-wage labor markets.
He is a research associate at the Center on Wage and Employment Dynamics at the University of California, Berkeley.
Previously, he was a Research Economist at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth and a Research Assistant at CEPR. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
